What We Collect

When you fill out our trip inquiry or contact form, we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, email, phone number, preferred dates, party size, and any details about the trip you’re planning. We also collect basic, anonymous usage data through standard website analytics, such as which pages get visited and roughly where visitors are located.

How We Use It

We use the information you give us to respond to your inquiry, plan and book your trip, and answer your questions. We use analytics data to understand how people find and use the site so we can make it better. That’s it.

What We Don’t Do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We don’t share it with anyone except where it’s needed to run your trip or where the law requires it. We won’t add you to a marketing list you didn’t ask to join.

Cookies and Analytics

This site may use cookies and third-party analytics tools to measure traffic and improve the experience. You can turn off cookies in your browser settings if you prefer. Doing so won’t stop you from booking a trip.

Your Choices

If you’d like to see what information we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted, just email us at fly-shop@missoulianangler.com and we’ll take care of it.

Booking Terms

Deposits and Payment

A $150 deposit holds your date. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 30 days before your trip. Inside 30 days, the deposit is non-refundable except where weather makes the trip unsafe, in which case we reschedule at no charge. The balance is due on the day of your trip.

Rates

Half day float trips are $550 for one or two anglers. Full day float trips are $675 for one or two anglers. Multi-day packages start at $1,695 per person, double occupancy. Rates are current as of the date above and may change for future seasons. The rate quoted when you book is the rate you pay.

Cancellations and Weather

We fish in light rain. If conditions are genuinely unsafe, we’ll reschedule your trip at no charge or refund your deposit. We ask for the same courtesy in return: give us as much notice as you can if your plans change.

Licensing and Fishing Licenses

We operate as a licensed Montana outfitter, license #36888. Montana requires a valid fishing license for anyone 12 and older. You are responsible for purchasing your own license before your trip. We’ll send you the link when you book.

Assumption of Risk

Fly fishing, wading, and floating rivers carry inherent risks, including moving water, weather, uneven terrain, and the normal hazards of being outdoors. You take part in these activities at your own risk. We ask every guest to read and sign a liability release before the trip. If you have a medical condition your guide should know about, please tell us when you book.

We may update this page from time to time. The version posted here is the one that applies.
